About the event
The Washington DC Fountain Pen SUPERSHOW is the largest Fountain Pen Show in the world, with well over 200 tables and attendees from around the world. This is the perfect place to find vintage pens as well the latest new releases from manufacturers big and small, large and small businesses and pen collectors. Other pen associated items are available - ink, paper, cases, etc. Seminars and workshops will be announced later.
After you select your ticket (table or weekend trader), a registration form appears. If you do not have a business or URL, put "NA" in that space.
* The wall/foyer tables cost $250.
2021 wall/foyer table holders have tables reserved until January 30, 2022. Submit registration by that date.
If you would like a wall/foyer table but did not have one in 2021, also add the wall/foyer table request ticket to your interior table order and you will be placed on a waiting list.
* Interior tables cost $150.
* Weekend Trader passes cost $50.
Attend all 4 days of the show and participate in all activities but do not have an assigned table. Weekend Traders can sit at a table on Thursday, but tables are assigned starting on Friday. Order tickets, pay, and complete registration form. Includes free admission for 1 family member.
Table exhibitors and weekend trader admission badges will be at the registration/admission table at the entrance of the SUPERSHOW in August. Nothing is sent in the mail; you receive a confirmation email upon ticket payment.
Public attendees are welcome on Saturday and Sunday, August 6 and 7. $10 daily admission.
Non-collecting spouses and children of exhibitors and weekend traders are always free.
Table assignments are made in the best interest of the DC Pen Show. We will continue to accept special requests but make no guarantee they can be enacted.
Overnight security provided in all exhibit areas Friday and Saturday nights.
CDC and Virginia covid health recommendations will be enforced as necessary in August. Covid vaccines are highly recommended for the safety of exhibitors and attendees. Continue to look at this website for any updates or changes due to following Covid regulations.
Refunds will be provided for any cancellation 7+ days in advance of the event. If you need to cancel after that period, refunds will be provided at our sole discretion.
