All Boxes include:  Entree Selection, Cold Side Salad, Cookie, Chips, Napkin, Cutlery Kit, and (1) One Bottle of Water 10 oz.

 

Choose One Entree - Chicken Wrap, Roast Beef Sandwich, or Salad:

• Chicken Wrap

Chicken, Romaine, Lemon, Tomato, Cucumber, Tortilla (Mayo on the side)

• Roast Beef Sandwich

Roasted Red Peppers, Arugula, Provolone Cheese, Crispy Onions, on Brioche Roll (brown mustard on the side)

• Salad - Veggie Option

Crisp Romaine Lettuce, Radicchio, Arugula, Feta Cheese, Kalamata Olives, Pear Tomatoes and Roasted Red Peppers with a Lemon-Oregano Vinaigrette (Cheese & dressing on the side)

 

Cold Salad Rotation - you do not pick one (each day will have a different salad):

•        Day 1 - Macaroni Pasta Salad (vinaigrette base)

•        Day 2 - Country Potato Salad (vinaigrette base)

•        Day 3 - Coleslaw Salad (vinaigrette base)

Due to the number of exhibitors and attendees we highly recomend ordering in advance to make sure you don't go hungry. Lunch boxes will be picked up at the hotel.
