Have you ever wanted to learn how to make simple, beautiful, colorful images with watercolor and ink sketching? If you can draw a square, you can make art of which you're proud!


Join Sarah of Greesonbach Creative for a clear, straight-forward introduction to watercolors and ink sketching. You'll learn watercolor 101 skills such as:

  • Preparing your watercolor materials

  • Color mixing and brush application

  • Wet-on-dry, dry-on-dry, and dry-on-wet technique

  • Handout of simple sketch tips to introduce you to four helpful techniques

  • Instruction and support in watercoloring and sketching one of four subjects, with inspiration images provided (animal, person, plant, pen)



Attendees will receive a watercolor starter kit (beginner paint pan and palette, pencil, brush, and watercolor paper) in a cute handmade drawstring bag by Sarah's mom. Please bring your own pen of chaoice with water-resistant or water-proof ink (De Atramentis, Noodler's, Sailor Seiboku, etc)
